The Kaizen plugin disappeared from the ribbon

The Kaizen plugin disappeared from the ribbon

Hi
In the Ribbon the tab for the Kaizen-plugin suddenly was removed. I 'sort of' de-installed the plugin en reinstalled it. In 'Options' and in the registry it is enabled. So I wonder where ti find the plugin-tab?
Anyone an idea how to solve this?

I suggest you email mattias@improvementsoft.com since the operation of the Kaizen plug-in is his thing, not really MadCap's
