Previous and Next button does not go to the next page

The default behaviour of Flare's previous and next button is based on how the TOC is structured, which I think is not the ideal user experience. I think it would nice if the previous and next button took users to the next or the previous page rather than following the browse sequence on the TOC. Is there a way we can achieve this?

HTML5 output doesn't have a back/forward button (like your browser), so you have to add your own custom buttons.
