Way to expedite article tagging in Salesforce Connect?
My documentation group provides documentation in three formats: online help, PDF, and Salesforce articles. Some projects have up to 400 topics. We have to upload those 400 topics to Salesforce and then tag each one for Product Chapter, Topic Chapter, Product, and various Sub-Types. This takes a lot of time, and must be repeated for each software release. Has anyone figured out a way to expedite the tagging? To any Flare insiders: Are there any plans to enable us to embed the tagging into the Flare project, so that we don't have to repeat it each time?
