MadCapAll.js Looking for nullstemmer

When I try to search for in HTML output, Flare's search tool produces unexpected behavior.

1) I publish HTML output to our documentation site.
2) I go to the site and (in Chrome) open developer tools and show the Network tab.
3) In the Flare HTML output I enter a search term in the standard search field (that Flare generates) and hit enter.
4) The Network tab shows that MadCapAll.js is doing a query to something called nullstemmer, but experiences a 404. Please see attached screenshot for details.

Has anyone experienced this issue?
