Flattening block snippets

Hi,
According to https://help.madcapsoftware.com/lingo11 ... tening.htm, it should be possible to flatten block snippets (I assume they mean entire snippet files, as opposed to inline snippets). I can't for the life of me figure out where. There is only the Convert sub-segment snippets to text check box in the project properties, which applies to inline snippets. Does anyone know where to flatten entire snippets?
Reason: It's always better to translate everything in context, and the CAT tool will take care of repetitions/fuzzy matches. Hence there is no need to translate these out of context in the actual snippet files.
