There does not appear to be an option in Options to change the size of the interface text. Is that setting provided elsewhere?

At the bottom of the XML Editor pane there's a toolbar. It gives you wordcount, and then a Font Scale control. You can adjust the size of your font in there.

(Use that setting rather than changing your display settings to anything other than 100%, as the output can go squiffy if you don't set your display settings to 100% - or it used to do that anyhow.)

Thanks for the reply, ChoccieMuffin. I don't use the XML editor, just the text editor. Also, I want all text on screen to be larger. My eyesight ain't what it used to be, I' m afraid.

In the Text Editor, the relevant toolbar is at the top (of the topic itself, not the ribbon for the entire project). There are some 'A' buttons that make the text bigger, smaller and return to 100%.

Thanks. I didn't see that. It's file-specific, which is better than nothing, but ideally I would like to have all the screen text (labels, etc) larger. I guess that's not achievable without changing the screen resolution, which I'm loathe to do. Maybe Madcap provides a switch to set when loading. Probably not.

You can change interface text size in your Windows display settings, i.e. set text size above 100%.

Saying that, the setting might not work too well in some applications. As CM mentioned, this used to be the case with Flare too, but not sure if the current Flare version is better.

I already have it set at 150%, but Flare ignores it.

It works fine for me - I'm using Windows 10.

So am I. Strange that it doesn't take effect with Flare.
