Hello-
I've been searching for an answer to my question, but I haven't been able to find one:
I've just begun to add a Glossary to the HTML-based help file for my company's product. I just added the first term "Net Weight" to the glossary and opened the HTML help to see the term displayed:
The only term I've added is the hi-lighted "Net Weight" and I have no idea where the other listed glossary entries are coming from. I need to remove these default entries from my new glossary, but I cannot figure out where to find them.
The only entry in the Glossary Editor is "Net Weight" I entered:
Can you tell me where to find these other default glossary entries (Batch target, Block snippet, Condition tag, etc.) from my HTML-based Help file?
Thanks

Re: How to Remove Default Entries from the Glossary
I'd guess you have more than one glossary file. Have you checked the Glossary tab on the target to see what glossaries are included?

Re: How to Remove Default Entries from the Glossary
If you go to the Project Organizer and expand Glossaries, I think you will find two glossaries. Yours and the default Flare project one.
You can delete the default Flare one or keep both, but make sure yours is the only one enabled in the Glossary tab of your target.
I remember wondering where all these Flare-related entries came from when I first started adding glossary terms.
Hope that helps!

Re: How to Remove Default Entries from the Glossary
Thanks for the input.
However, I've looked in the Project Organizer>Glossaries location and I only have the one Glossary FLGLO file.
These extra glossary entries are coming from somewhere else.

Re: How to Remove Default Entries from the Glossary
To help you identify where they're coming from, pick one of the phrases that you don't think you use in your actual project (for example "drop-down text") and search through your entire project, searching in source. That may help you identify its location.
