Display Topics on Open

Hi there all,
I've been trying to figure out something that might be something quite simple to fix but I'm not familiar with mobile outputs and how to edit what is displayed in the live App.
Currently, I have a webhelp that opens to a TOC screen: I am trying to have it so that the help Topics are displayed first instead of the TOC, so that users will see the topic list immediately and not have to tap into the TOC to access the topic list.
Is there a way this can be done?
