We're testing our HTML5 output and someone has noticed an invisible button. When I check in the skin, this is related to something called a "Central Account Element". "Central account" doesn't turn up any hits on the forum but I presume it is related to having a Madcap Central account. Since we don't use that how do I remove this button from the skin?

I'm going on memory, but I think in the skin you can set the layout for the "Central element" (I might have the name not quite right) to Display: None, which will effectively hide it.
