Link to topic - cannot see topics

Flare
Display a TOC
Right-click and entry in the TOC and select Link to Topic
Navigate to a directory containing topic files

I cannot see any topic files.

When I use the pulldown at the bottom to select All files, I get a dialog displaying "Madcap Flare 2020" encountered a problem.

I have submitted this to Flare.

The main problem is that I cannot see the topic files.

I have received and email from Phil England of Madcap Support and have submitted this information to him.
