The different sections of my page have togglers and bookmarks. I've noticed that if I put a bookmark within a toggle section, clicking on a link to the bookmark will toggle open the section but not scroll to that section of the page. However, if I place the bookmark just before the toggle section div, clicking on a link to the bookmark will scroll down to that section but not toggle the section open.
Is there a way to do both - toggle open the section and scroll to it? I tried putting two bookmarks with the same name - one in the toggle section and one just above the div, but that didn't work.
