Hello,
when you install the latest version of Windows on a new PC, and have Microsoft OneDrive active, Microsoft moves the "documents" special folder to OneDrive. This is a location where DocToHelp does not work, at least in my environment!
So, it may be useful to provide DocToHelp with another "default"-directory using DocToHelp's file dialog.

Re: latest Windows version and DocToHelp
I am having a similar problem. My projects sit on my dard drive, but wanted to move them to a folder that is synced with OneDrive. This, of course, is just another folder on my hard drive, but it just happens to be synced to OneDrive. However, I can't get this to work. Basically, when you do this, the Project Panel is no longer accessible, and the Project and Target menus are no longer available in Word. So it appears that Doc-to-Help does not allow for use of OneDrive...

Hi,
that's exactly what I observe. You need to copy your complete project folder to a local drive, cann't use work with DocToHelp on OneDrive.
