I would like to provide my users with a "parts order form" that they could access via my webhelp project. It seems like a simple idea, but I'm having trouble realizing it. My first thought was to create a PDF form and include it as an external file link. This won't work, since my users probably don't have Adobe Reader installed, and I guess you need Adobe Reader to fill in editable fields in the PDF.
I feel like there might be a straight-forward solution in Flare - any ideas out there?

I use forms embedded in Help topics to allow the reader to execute API methods against their application instance, provide topic feedback, and answer quiz questions. For feedback and quizzes, I submit the form data to api.elasticemail.com and it gets sent to me as an email. Refer to https://elasticemail.com/. There is a free version if you only need to use the API. That might work for a low-volume parts order form. I don't know if it is appropriate for handling credit card data though. Is there a cloud-based application where you want to send your form data? Perhaps it has an API to accept the data from your form.
