Every so often, when I copy text using cntr C or the Copy button (in the XML editor) Flare decides to send an error report with:

System.Runtime.InteropServices.ExternalException occurred at 22/09/2020 11:13:38

Requested Clipboard operation did not succeed.


Anyone else see this? Perhaps you kno wof a way to fix it?

I get a exception report on Ctrl + C copy several times a day. If I instead right click and select Copy from right click menu, it seems to happen less often. But that sort of defeats the purpose of convenient shortcuts.

There's no harm in posting about this behavior here in the peer-to-peer forums, but this is worth submitting a bug report directly to MadCap.

Since april, many of our users are having problems with the copy-paste functions. Anybody with the same problem has a queue on a solution?
