MadCap Output on Sharepoint and the DARK THEME

We're investigating publishing our content to Sharepoint online to be viewed in Teams. The issue I've found is that you can change your view to a Light Theme or a Dark Theme in Teams, which is something I didn't design for. Now, some of my content is invisible.

Any advice for how to design our sites so that they switch when someone is changing themes?

Or.... alternatively to the above, does anyone know the code we could use in our projects that would prevent someone from being able to switch the theme? I'm currently experimenting along this lines (background-color: #ffffff !important;) but am looking for all suggestions.

We display one of our HTML5 outputs in a Teams channel.

It isn't published via Sharepoint online, it's a site we host on our servers. To set it up, I just added a "Website" tab in Teams, and entered the URL of the output.

Anyway, I tried switching to the Dark theme. All is seems to do is change the background colour of the page that displays the site.

If your site has a transparent background, then the colour of the Teams page behind it will show though.

So to fix this, just make sure you set a background colour; e.g. body { background-color: #ffffff; }

Well Dave, sometimes the simplest solutions are the best solutions! Thank you. While we do link to sites, this one in particular was published to Sharepoint to enable the content to be searchable within Sharepoint. However, when I looked at my body tag, I realized I hadn't provided a background color. Therefore, the black on black was simply my font persisting but my background taking on the color of the theme (in this case, black). Thank you for answering my rather simply question. I appreciate it.
