Hello All,
My company has a Knowledge Base site, but the Support and Implementation Teams refuse to use it. They are constantly asking me to include white papers, Tips & Tricks, etc. within the online help. It drives me insane, but I am just one person fighting what seems to be a losing battle. So, I am looking for alternatives. Is it possible to create a Knowledge Base within the Help? If so, how?
Thank you!

MadCap has a knowledgebase site, which is produced using Flare.

I guess it all depends on what you think the difference is between a "knowledgebase" and "help".
If you just need a site with some content, navigation, and a search - then Flare can do that.
