Just a 'heads-up' to let you know this can be happening in PDF targets.
Minitoc entries in PDF can go to the wrong location when clicked, even though the bookmark links on the lefthand side of the PDF go to the intended location. Using Level2Headings (or 3, probably 4 but I haven't got those) the heading directly underneath its main heading should be picked up. However, if the title of the h2 or h3 that should be picked up is identical to the bookmark of a heading elsewhere in the project, the erroneous bookmark will be picked up, even though the page number in the PDF minitoc refers to the correct place.
My solutions, depending on which was the easiest to handle with the least impact:
• Change the bookmark of the wrongly targeted heading - this will lead to broken links that need to be fixed
• Change the wording of the title that the minitoc should be pointing to - easiest, but not always desired.
This is submitted as a bug report.
