Creating an app from a Flare project

Does anyone know of a way to create an app (apple and android) from a Flare Project?
I found a 2017 blog post "How to Convert a MadCap Flare Target to a Mobile App" https://www.madcapsoftware.com/blog/con ... obile-app/ but the recommended conversion tool is no longer supported.
What I am trying to do is something like this https://apps.apple.com/us/app/conservin ... 14893?ls=1
