Side Navigation menu - only visible on one page [FIXED]

Project has multiple pages/topics.
Started off using a skin with a top navigation menu but the pages didn't look good with it there - when a link in this menu is clicked, the body was being pushed out of sight too much. I also want the navigation to be always visible as I have so many topics/pages.
I therefore added a Side Navigation menu to the SKINS folder and assigned that SKIN as the project SKIN.
The problem I am having is that only one of pages seems to have taken on the side navigation menu. All my other pages have retained the original skin with the top navigation.
How can I resolve this please

Resolved: the project was messing and behaviour was conflicting as I was using more than 1 stylesheet which I inherited from previous users. I therefore created a new project from the MadCap Flare template (Side Navigation) and transferred my topics, images and snippets to this new project. The pages then behaved fine and navigation was visible on all pages without any issues.
