Smartphone/Tablet output - separate Stylesheet?

Within my stylesheet, I have adjusted the Medium(i.e. Default, Print, PDF, Mobile) to smaller font for all the other mediums (leaving the default HMTL medium untouched).
Problem: my page content is getting squashed/skewed on the Smartphone and Tablet testing function within Flare.
How can I make the output Smartphone and Tablet friendly please
