SVG Settings for HTML and PDF output

Hi all,
I´d like to change from myl 2 images for vector format images with conditions to SVG.
HTML: JPG, condition online only.
PDF: EPS, condition Print only.
--> Could you give me the correct SVG settings for Adobe illustrator or is the SVG issue with flare more complicated?
I´ve tried some settings but it does not work.....
