Problem accessing Sharepoint

We're exploring the use of some External Resources. If we try to connect to our corporate Sharepoint, I get this message:

I have no trouble getting to our Sharepoint with Edge or Chrome outside of Flare, with the Windows 10 extension installed on each.
It is just Flare where we're having trouble. Has anyone else had this problem?

Corporate IT got back to me on this. Madcap Flare needs to go through a security review. I'll need to fill out a form and questionnaire and so will Madcap software.
