Flare to CMS integration

I see very little new on this topic. Looking for experiences with exporting Flare content to any CMS. Pluses/minuses/recommendations. What worked for you? What to avoid at all costs? My client is tossing around the idea of a CMS, but it is as yet a black box - no vendor selected, so I don't know what formats would be required. Hence casting a broad net. Anyone?

So, Tech Support says Clean XHTML and inline styles works for ZenDesk, SalesForce, and ServiceNow. What about some other less well-known CMS vendors? I think a rival consultant may throw a curveball with some bizarrity from Eastern Europe or Vietnam... What unknowns might I face in terms of file format requirements?
