Does Madcap Flare use or embed any tracking cookies or other “hidden” type tracking software in the output files, or require any acknowledgment within our privacy policy statement ?
Our legal dept. is requesting full discloser for our privacy policy requirements.
I am referring to the HTML5 Flare output files I create to post on our site, not the corporate Madcap site.
For instance , we use a 3rd party provider on our site for email, and they have certain terms and conditions that we must state in our privacy policy when we use their service.

I suggest you take this question directly to MadCap. These forums are peer-to-peer, and as one of the long-time moderators here, I would never dare to weigh in on a legal question. Sorry otherwise not to help...
