Previous Topic & Next Topic Name

Hi,

Instead of displaying only the buttons for Previous Topic and Next Topic using the topic toolbar, I want to display the name of the previous and next topic as well so that a user knows the topic name before they decide to click. How do I add the name? If there is no native method, is there a way to get the information somehow so that I can retrieve it and then show it?
