We have A LOT of micro content in our Flare - but we just noticed that the build log is throwing warnings regarding our MicroContent - the warnings refer to incompatible tags for MadCap Keywords... we have NO IDEA what's causing this, nor how to resolve it. When using various micro content phrases to search in our project, it seems to work fine.
Has anyone experienced this before? Do you know what causes this? Do you know how to resolve these warnings? HELP!

I've seen this sort of message when a linked topic contains concept markers or index keywords:
"Micro Content response has incompatible tag xxxx that will be removed from the output."
I think Flare is just telling you it's not going to include the index keywords in the version of the topic displayed inside the micro content - but they'll still be included in the normal version of the topic, outside of the micro content.
I''ve no idea why it's a warning though, and couldn't find anything useful in the help.
