I've seen this at another company and I can't figure out how to duplicate it. When you clicked the help icon in their software, the online help is displayed in a simple clean window without showing the user bookmark bar, open tabs, and back/forward arrows.
Any idea how this is implemented?

Your s/w developers will need to implement that window, not you the Help author. For one Help system I created, the s/w devs programmed a tabless browser window, rather than the default browser, to open when the Help was called. Then they populated that window with the HTML5 system I generated from Flare. (It was set up for context-sensitive access, BTW). Because there was no Back or Forward buttons provided by the tabless window itself, I had to add those buttons to the topic toolbar, which also had the usual Print, Remove Highlighting, Previous, and Next buttons.

Thanks, that's what I thought. Now I hope they can figure out how to do it
I've also seen it where it slides out from the right side about 4 inches.
