Flare project checked out and locked

Other team members say I have "Flare project checked out and locked" - but for the life of me I can't find out how this was done or where I can fix this... I have no files checked out. And there is no "lock" option on any menu.
Anyone know how to unlock a project?

What are you using for source control?

TFS is the source control I am using.

Locked just means that you have it checked out.
Open that project and check Source Control > Pending Changes to see if any files are checked out.
Other users should be able to see which files you have checked out in their Pending Changes too, if they select Show check outs from other users on the toolbar.
Alternatively, you can check pending changes in Source Control Explorer in Visual Studio.
