I purchased the MadCap ZenDesk plugin, and successfully exported my project from Flare to ZenDesk. As instructed, I used a "skinless" format, and relied on ZenDesk to properly display my content.
The only problem is: EVERYTHING in ZenDesk is "paragraph" style. I've lost all my H1, H2 and H3 definitions!
Just for demo purposes, I spent time going in and redefining all of the headings with the proper styles, but that's ridiculous going forward.
Exporting to ZenDesk - all styles disappeared

Did you also install the MadCap theme in Zendesk? Flare generates that theme when you publish. It's not enough that you just uploaded the .htm and related files. You have to install the theme in Zendesk, tweak a few Zendesk things (for example, edit a file so that Zendesk will look for the Flare stylesheet[s]), and then set the theme to "Live". See the detailed instructions here https://help.madcapsoftware.com/flare20 ... Themes.htm and here https://help.madcapsoftware.com/flare20 ... endesk.htm.
