All files of Online Help on SVN is published as modified

Hello All,
I am having one issue with committing the online help on SVN.
SVN commit is going fine but MadCap updates one function on each file whenever the project is published. There is no function in a text editor. No idea from where it is coming and why it is updating every time.
Because of this, all files are flagged as modified and it is shaking the concept of SVN, like, how I can get the actual modified files?
There are only a few modified files but SVN shows all files are modified.
Can anyone help me with this,
1. From where that function is appearing
2. Why it is updating every time. OR
3. How to get the actual modified files from SVN
