Underlining to separate row items in a table column

Hi,

Is it possible to modify table rows to place an underline below the text in three consecutive columns to make the entries easier to read?
For example, I would like to have something like this sample:

I've tried inserting the horizontal rule, but it appears to only work for content that is on one line. A lot of the text in the table extends to two lines and more.

Any thoughts on this?

Hi,
I have a table where three of the columns have items listed vertically and I would like to be able to have these items appear with lines under them to show that they are unique for the particular type. Each row in the table has the same format for the rows as seen in the .png file.
The attached sample shows what I would like to achieve in Flare.

It's not that you need to apply underlining; that's something you do to text. Likewise, a horizontal rule here won't work. Rather, you need to merge cells in the first and second columns. The "underlining" will be supplied by the borders on the rows.
