Do any of you have experience including Heap analytics code in to MadCap Flare? I could add the code to master pages and compile build without any error. But while testing the Heap analytics, the code is not working. Am I missing something?

What is the right way to include Heap Analytics?

PS: I added Google analytics and it works fine.

Hi, did you ever find a solution to adding Heap? I'm trying to right now but I'm getting a syntax error after I copy and paste the Heap code into my Home.flmsp page (between <head> and </head>). Anyone have any insights?
