Inserting images into posts on this Flare Forum

Hi
Is there an easy way of inserting an image into a post on this forum? From what I can see from the Img tag on the forum menu it's only going to allow me to post a link to an image which, I guess, has to be on the web. Is this how people post screen shots? Do you folks upload your images to some online storage just to post a screen shot?
