Running Analyzer for multiple projects

Hi
The full documentation set we maintain is ~160 Flare projects.
Thanks to madbuild.exe, I can create build scripts to build each of the targets in each of the ~160 Flare projects.
As you can imagine, it's completely impractical to run analyzer on each of the ~160 Flare projects.
What I would like is a madanalyzer.exe program that does the analysis. But this does not exist.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to run analyzer on my project set in a pain-free way?
