For those who don't recognize me by user name, I go back many, many years with MadCap Flare. In fact, I was a beta tester for blue sky software, developers of Robohelp. I've also contributed to many "ideas" and have reported a number of "bugs" (since fixed) to MadCap over the years.

Why the hiatus? Well, I changed jobs (by virtue of my then-company being bought) in 2016 and the company I work for now does not use Flare. We use Zendesk. I'm back because I consider myself an expert in knowledgebase design. So I'm looking to read, perhaps learn, offer some ideas if/where I can, and basically "hang out" from time to time.

Frankly, despite my selecting Notify me when a reply is posted, I'm not sure I'll receive a reply because the email address I used to register is no longer valid.

I'll "poke around" (Grateful Dead term for you deadheads) and see if I can't change that.

I'll post this exact same post in one other thread here on the MadCap Forum for increased visibility. That will not be habitual.

Thank you so much for the prompt reply, ChoccieMuffin. I have checked the (my) control panel and note that I've configured replies to go to my personal email. I just checked and I have received your reply.

I posted this thread viewtopic.php?f=13&t=34159 as well for increased visibility. That will not be habitual. @ChoccieMuffin was kind enough to reply (quite readily I might add, so thank you for that ) so I'm now sure I'll receive a reply (if there is one and I select the Notify me when a reply is posted check box).
