Change to UI?

Hi all,
I haven't used Flare for a year - client been very quiet!
Today, I updated from 2021 r3 to 2022 r3... and immediately noticed this in the toc for my projects:

Is the jagged line across the page icon just an update? Or does it have any meaning?

What version of Windows are you using?

We were on Windows 11 21H2 and when we upgraded to Windows 11 22H2, several of the icons in Flare did what you have in your screenshot - so we backed out 22H2 and the icons returned to normal.

I checked several versions of Flare (2020r3, 2021r3, and 2022) with the two Windows versions and the icons did their 'jagged line thing' under Windows 22H2 only.

MadCap Support created a bug for this in December = #S076796
