Is there a way to create a dynamic glossary using a global glossary stored in Confluence?

We are trying to single-source our company glossary. The idea currently is to add a glossary to a help project - and base that glossary off the global glossary stored in Confluence. As definitions change and get updated (yep... it happens), we want to enable the glossary in any help system to be automatically updated any time something is updated in the Confluence-based glossary so that we aren't having to constantly monitor and update the help glossary.
Has anyone done this? Does anyone have any ideas as to how it might be done?
