Lingo didn't update Conditional Text file with project update

In our source English Flare project, we added a new conditional tag to our conditional text file "Default.flcts." Today I updated our Lingo project against the source, and then exported the project to Flare. On building the new Flare project, I received a build warning indicating an unrecognized tag that specified the new tag we had added to the source.
On examining Default.flcts in the exported project, I see that it is in fact missing the new conditional tag. I have verified that it exists in the source English project.
Any idea why Lingo skipped updating this file during the project update?
