Folder View

This is going to be an unnecessarily long explanation to a very simple problem.

Something happened when I opened my flare project this morning. When I open a project, two sub-windows are now opening, each with the same folder list. Previously, the application showed one menu (and one menu only) with expandable/collapsible folder lists. I'm certain this is a very, very, simple fix, but my very simple brain can't seem to figure out how to change this view.

Sounds like you did something inadvertently to the window layout. Easily fixed. Select Window > Reload Layout and respond affirmatively to the prompt. That should revert whatever change it was that you made (*unless* the "Auto-save layout" check box is selected; if that's the case, you may need to reset the layout back to the factory layout).
