Upload a word file on online help by an external source

Hello All,

I have one requirement where an external person(not having access to an online help project) can upload a Word file that will be accessible through a hyperlink by the clients.

To avoid dependency on documentation developers it is required.
E.g.
Members of any team can upload a release note, a hyperlink will be created automatically to access that file by clients.

Hope I could put my requirement clearly. Pls ask if not clear.

If the Word doc is always going to have the same name and the same location, you should be able to add a link in your Flare project.

If it's going to change name or location, then it's not something you can do, as far as I know.

Also, I suggest that whoever the external person is creates a PDF rather than a Word doc, so the formatting looks the same for everyone who views it.
