F10 Not Working on Keyboard to Add Index Entries

Hi all,

I successfully added several index keywords in Flare 2023 today, via the fn + F10 keyboard combo.

I am 100% sure there is user error in this somewhere, and believe that I mis-typed something because now if I just press only the F10 key, numbers and letters appear above the menu options in Flare. If I press fn + F10, then it does the Windows print screen action.

Does anybody know what goofy combo I might have typed to make this happen? I tried closing all software and restarting my laptop, but that didn't fix it.

You can usually toggle the function keys on keyboards - usually the key has a padlock symbol.
On my laptop, it's on fn + Esc.
My desktop keyboard has a specific key just for this.

I did try that. I'm not sure what gets in Flare's craw sometimes, but the entire rest of that day, it continued to be a pill.

I tried it again yesterday, mind you, without trying any of the lock/unlock key stuff (it's part of the Esc key on my laptop), and it's working just fine now.
