Changing color of dropdown hotspot

I feel like I'm missing something obvious here. There are certain Help topics that would benefit from using dropdown sections. The final result looks like this.

It looks like the default blue color for hyperlinks and I just can't figure out where in the stylesheet to change it. Already tried changing dropDownHead, no effect.
