getting table header to stay with the table across the page break

I'd like to tell Flare to keep the <th> with the rest of the table and not break after across a page break. In Word, this attribute is called Keep with Next. In the print medium, under Print Support, I've set page-break-after to avoid, but it's not working.

Any suggestions?
