I've noticed my figures default to the number of the book the topic is in (part way there), but doesn't keep the numbering from the previous topic within the book.
For example, I have a ton of Figure 2-1 entries at the beginning of every topic within Chapter 2 (book 2), rather than 2-1, 2-2 (in the next topic), etc...
Any ideas?
