all - I have code (API examples) done inside a box (using a table, but no columns or rows) and each line is a paragraph, indented appropriately as per the structure.

I created a <pre> paragraph but every way I'm trying just inserts as-is, with paragraphs, and I don't get the icon at the bottom that lets me choose how to paste.

I've used this extensively in the past but not sure what the variable is here. Any tips appreciated, thx

Try pasting it into the a topic, then copying it from there into the table.
