Mad Cap Search not working, is TFS to blame?

My published site is not displaying search results or the loading icon just keeps spinning for words beginning with U-Z. When I do a local publish the search works fine. The site is published via a TFS (Team Foundation Server). MadCap tech support says the issue is likely in the TFS publish process which is outside their area of expertise.
Any thoughts how I can get my site to publish properly using a TFS publish?
Thanks!

Have you tried clearing your browser cache?
Happens to me every time I upload a fresh doc build. The old search chunks are cached and therefore a search won't find the new chunks. Ctrl-F5 and all is well. I can count on a few complaints about the search not working after every update.
The IT team has done what they can to minimize the lifespan of cached files without totally ruining the website response time. Most customers don't visit the documentation often enough to notice the problem.

RESOLVED: Hey there, just a quick update on my earlier question. I did ultimately resolve the issue, turns out that several "SearchPhrase_Chunk" files were missing on the Server that caused certain words to not produce a result. The "SearchPhrase_Chunk" files were on the local side which is why the local published always worked. The missing "SearchPhrase_Chunk" were copied over to the server and it worked. Not sure if anyone else has encountered this problem, or how they went missing in the first place. In case anyone else has this issue here is another troubleshooting item to check.
