Unable to move the preview pane/window

I have used Flare forever, but never had this happen... somehow, the preview window got moved up so high (and to the right) on my screen, I can't grab the top bar to move it. I have tried the Alt + space and then M to move with the arrows... but all that does is scroll. I need to move it down so I can see the entire preview. I am sure there's a simple solution - but I haven't found it yet... anyone know what the magic words are?

I have tried closing and reopening the project as well... no good. What am I not doing?

Try Window > Reload Layout first, then Window > Reset Layout.
