Double Headings in Zendesk and Weird Link at the top of article

Post by skatzner »

I finally got my content to publish to Zendesk. Yay! On the downside it wasn't a huge amount of content and I set it to only include the information linked in the TOC and it took over 3 hours :(

For the most part it looked good on the Zendesk side except the heading is appearing twice and a link at the top and bottom of each article that says "Open topic with navigation" that when I click on it says "Not found".

Is there a setting somewhere to prevent these things from happening?

Thanks!

Sorry for the delay, I haven't checked the forums for a while. There is an way to do this, and it's described in the series of Zendesk videos that Flare have released. Sorry a second time, I can't remember which video or what the exact solution is, but if you whizz through the videos (set the speed to x1.5 to make it faster) I'm sure you'll find it.

As for that link, there are a whole bunch of settings you can customise within Zendesk, so you might get better help if you ask on a Zendesk users forum rather than a Flare forum, as that's where you'll need to make the change.
