Hi,
Can anyone please help me with some information on how I can set up SSO for MadCap Flare-generated HTML5 output? The way my product documentation setup at the moment is - the generated build is stored in a server and when the user clicks help icon, the help documentation is loaded. Till now it was only for internal users (users did not need to sign in as long as they were in the office network), but now the requirement has changed. We have a subset of users who are not internal, and they need to sign in. Because of the nature of our product, we cant simply make the documents public, and we don't want to add authentication on the help system as well (users entering user id and password every time they click on help icon). This led us to enquire about implementing SSO for documentation.
There is no out of box option, I guess. But wanted to enquire if anyone has faced this situation and could implement something.
Thanks,

Re: SSO for MadCap Flare generated output
This is definitely an out of scope question for these forums, but MadCap Central does allow SSO authentication, the only problem is it only allows oneIDP to be connected, which typically would be your organisation.
This is a big gap in Central functionality in my view, but that's a different conversation.
To summarise, you'll likely need a bespoke solution.
