SVG Image OK in PDF but causes an error with WORD!!!

Hi!
I am using multiple SVGs for documents that need to be output mostly to PDF, but occasionally to MS WORD...

I have come across a scenario, where an SVG that I include in the front page header is included OK with the PDF output, but when using the same image with output to MS WORD, the following error is shown:

Image IP-FrontPageIcon.svg has invalid dimensions. Original width and height will be used.

Any thoughts as to why MADCAP is happy with the image for PDF output, but complains when using the same image for WORD output...?
